We are committed to checking all items one by one before shipping them to our customers. However, human errors may happen and in the event you have received the wrong size or item from us, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact us at email@example.com and provide clear photographs showing the received item and/or its size measurement (please show a ruler or measuring tape next to the item), as well as the outer packaging.
2. Include the product SKU number and your order number.
3. We will review your case within 72 hours and get back to you with a proposed solution.
– If we have sent you the wrong item/size, we will either refund you in full to your Wallet or dispatch an item with an alternative size (if applicable).
– If you ordered the wrong item/size, we will either offer a partial refund as store credit/coupon (at our own discretion) if you keep the item or ask you to return the product back to us for a partial refund as store credit or exchange.
Shipping fees will be paid by the customer both ways. We will offer compensation as long as we receive the product(s), please kindly provide us with all associated tracking information.
